BREAKING NEWS: At least 3 reportedly killed in Belgium counter-terror raid

European news outlets are reporting at least 3 people killed during a police counter-terrorism raid in Verviers, in the eastern part of the country. One official told AFP that the operation was 'jihadist related.'
