PCH in Santa Monica reopens

Pacific Coast Highway in Santa Monica has reopened after a body found on the roadway led to its closure early this morning. The highway was opened and a closure on the westbound 10 Freeway at 4th Street was lifted about 8:10 a.m., the California Highway Patrol said. Read more |
