Welcome to the Gapingvoid tribe!
We have so much to share, including some of our most popular free downloads. But before we get ahead of ourselves, let's go back to the beginning...
The Gapingvoid Story
It all began with Hugh MacLeod and his drawings on the back of business cards.
Then there was a blog. And a book. And then another book.
Then there was a collaboration which blossomed into a partnership.
And now there's a business. Gapingvoid takes all the same themes from the cartoons and brings them to life at companies across the nation.
Our change agents help leaders articulate the most important ideas of their business to their staff and clients. We connect emotions to business outcomes and help clients create meaningful, permanent change.
We deal with subjects like company culture, behavior modification/change management, innovation - using a mixture of neuroscience, art and our secret sauce.
Now for the fun stuff... |

We sell prints of many of the cartoons online at our Gapingvoid Art store. You can purchase them as prints, on aluminum or fine art paper, framed or unframed.
We also have laptop decals, t-shirts and our favorite product line, the acrylic art blocks (shown above). Art blocks make amazing gifts for employees, friends, colleagues, etc. They're perfect for the desk or bookshelf. Plus we just think they look really cool. |

Remember how it all started with cartoons drawn on the back of business cards? Now you can get your own deck of business cards from Moo. They've got them set up in 5 sets (Business, Love, Inspiration, etc) with hundreds of images to choose from.
The best part is you can have a different image on the back of each card. The possibilities are literally endless.
You can visit this page to select from the 5 themes and then get started on an order (it will take you to Moo's website to complete it.) |

“How To Be Creative”, 2004. Probably the best thing I ever wrote. It eventually went on to become my first hardcover and business bestseller, “Ignore Everybody”. It's been downloaded about 5 million times so far. Incredible. [Download]
“The Hughtrain Manifesto”, 2004. A business manifesto based on the idea that “The market for something to believe in is infinite.” [Download]
“Authenticity Is The New Bullshit”, 2013. A guide originally intended for young adults, on “The Art of Not Sucking” etc. [Download] |
