1.0.0 dropped two days ago (but 1.0.1 is now available). It differsfrom Node 0.10.35 quite a bit, and its ES6 support appears to be a leading feature.

node-webkit has been a popular toolkit for building JavaScript-powered desktop apps and has now been renamed NW.js as the name no longer made sense (since it uses io.js and Chromium now, not Node and WebKit).
