U.S. Navy Chaplain Corps Update


VIRGINIA BEACH, Va. (NNS) -- Actors from American Records visited Joint Expeditionary Base Little Creek - Fort Story to perform the play "ReEntry" during a Reintegration Training Workshop (RTW), March 4.

BREMERTON, Wash. (NNS) -- More than 70 Marine Corps Security Force Battalion (MCSFBn) Bangor Sailors and Marines volunteered throughout Bremerton and Port Orchard, Washington, as part of the command's monthly volunteer opportunities, Feb. 26.

GREAT LAKES, Ill. (NNS) -- Recruit Training Command (RTC) celebrated Black History Month and Women's History Month for military and civilian personnel to commemorate the diverse contributions African-Americans and women have made and continue to make in the nation with a presentation and luncheon, Feb. 26.

KOTA KINABALU, Malaysia (NNS) -- More than 40 Sailors and Marines from the amphibious assault ship USS Bonhomme Richard (LHD 6) teamed up with city council workers and local volunteers to help beautify Likas Bay Public Park, Feb. 24 during the ship's scheduled port visit to Kota Kinabalu.

KINGS BAY, Ga. (NNS) -- Navy Nutrition Month is in full stride, and service members from Naval Submarine Base Kings Bay make it their goal to maintain healthy eating habits while incorporating exercise.
