Having a job where you're sitting at your desk all day can be tough. Try to think about ways to fit some activity into your day. Is it possible to use your lunch break for physical activity, and eat at your desk when you get back? Take a walk around the neighborhood, or sign up for a quick, 30-minute class at your local gym. If the answer is no, there are other options for working activity in at the office — you just have to be willing to get creative.
