News from The Hill McConnell ready to move ‘clean’ bill to avert Homeland Security shutdown By Alexander Bolton Senate Majority Leader Mitch McConnell (R-Ky.) on Tuesday said the Senate may vote “very quickly” on a clean Department of Homeland Security funding bill.
