U.S. 3rd Fleet Announces Sea and Shore Sailors of the Year

Vice Adm. Kenny Floyd, Commander, U.S. 3rd Fleet, announced the 2014 3rd Fleet Sea and Shore Sailors of the Year (SOY) during a ceremony held at command headquarters in Point Loma, Feb. 27.
