Watch Marvel’s tantalizing new teaser for Avengers: Age of Ultron
Marvel’s upcoming Avengers: Age of Ultron is probably not going to win an Oscar for best movie, but the action-packed superheroes film will certainly be entertaining and bring in lots of cash just like many other Marvel movies, including the first Avengers film.

Even more evidence that the ‘iPhone 6s mini’ is coming this year
More and more reports claim that Apple will not simply abandon smaller iPhones now that it’s launched the bigger iPhone 6 and iPhone 6 Plus, which have both been massive successes for the company. Instead of simply keeping the “old” iPhone 5c and iPhone 5s as part of its iPhone lineup, the company is expected to launch a brand new 4-inch iPhone part of the iPhone 6 (or iPhone 6s) family later this year.

Uber offers tips for not getting sexually assaulted by its drivers
Uber has been taking some heat lately for alleged bad behavior by some of its drivers, including two arrests for sexual assault in the last two months. The Chicago Sun Times reports that the company is now trying to help its customers avoid such experiences by adding a safety checklist to its app that offers tips passengers should follow to make sure they don’t find themselves in a bad situation.

Putting up with the Christmas PSN outage gets you free Plus extension and discount for games
Sony’s PlayStation Network (PSN) and Microsoft’s Xbox Live services were both hit by hackers during Christmas, with PSN staying offline even after the attacks stopped. To make up for the downtime, Sony on Thursday announced that it’ll offer gamers who have an active PlayStation Plus subscription an extension, and that all PSN users will soon receive a one-time discount good for digital purchases.

Anonymous SpaceX engineer reveals how crazy it is working for Elon Musk
Elon Musk, the founder and CEO of Tesla and SpaceX, has drawn some comparisons to Apple cofounder Steve Jobs and at least one SpaceX employee thinks those comparisons are warranted. An anonymous SpaceX engineer took to Quora recently to tell the world what it’s really like working for Musk and it seems that he’s just as insanely demanding and difficult to work with as Jobs once was.

The movie studio announced record sales for the movie, and onnow it expanded The Interview’s availability, The Hollywood Reporter has learned.

Man spends 4 hours on the phone trying to get his Comcast service fixed… and it still didn’t work
As we saw last year, Comcast has come up with an ingenious way to keep subscribers — namely, it makes unsubscribing to its services such a torturous and miserable process that you’ll eventually just cave in and decide to stick with them. Comcast subscriber Gern Branston recently attempted to cancel his Comcast customer service and a retention agent made him an offer to stay that he thought was too good to pass up. In retrospect, however, he probably wishes he hadn’t taken the bait.

Forget 4K: CES 2015 will reportedly feature 8K TVs from Sony and LG
If the rumors are to be believed, CES 2015 is shaping up to be a TV fan’s dream come true. Digitimes reports that LG and Sony will debut a brand new slate of 8K and quantum dot televisions in January, just in case you were already bored with the 4K display in your living room.

Here are the biggest things Back to the Future II got wrong about 2015
It’s 2015 and the world looks nothing like what we saw in Back to the Future II. As should be obvious to anyone who’s ever seen the movie, we don’t have access to flying cars or self-tying shoes just yet. And although at least one company has developed a working hoverboard model, we probably shouldn’t expect them to be a common household item by the end of the year.
