Tennessee State Republican Legislators Urge State Attorney General to Sue FCC  By Roll Call Staff Last week, the Federal Communications Commission granted petitions to preempt Tennessee and North Carolina state laws that the city of Wilson, N.C., and Chattanooga, Tenn., Electric Power Board have argued prevent from expanding their municipal broadband offerings.
