DOE Issues Notice of Proposed Rulemaking Regarding Energy Conservation Standards for Residential Boilers  The Department of Energy has issued a pre-publication Federal Register notice of proposed rulemaking and public meeting regarding energy conservation standards for residential boilers (March 13, 2015).
