Today's Food Tip Is your breakfast cereal healthy? How healthy are your cereal choices? Three key factors to consider are fiber, calories and sugar content. Opt for varieties with 5g of fiber or more, and no less than 3g. Also, aim for cereal with less than 120 calories a serving if you're trying to lose weight, and less than 13g of sugar. Added sugars can be sneaky, so always check the labels!
