After months of anticipation, the NOAA Climate Prediction Center finally issued an El Niño advisory on March 5.  How will it affect your weather?
New long-term forecast by the U.S. Geological Survey revises estimates for the chance of large California earthquakes in the coming decades.
A quiet night for auroras at Churchill, Manitoba, Canada - located at at 58° North, under the auroral oval - is a spectacular auroral display for most of us.
The rate of fireballs - or bright meteors - goes up by as much as 30% for several weeks around every March equinox.
