Washington State House Passed 'Stingray' and Drone Bills  By Roll Call Staff The Associated Press has reported that Washington state lawmakers passed bills Wednesday that would make it a "state misdemeanor and civil liability for a private citizen to use a drone to peep on another person," require "agencies to get Legislative approval to buy drones" and have a warrant to use them in many situations that aren't emergencies, and require police to have a warrant for future use of "Stingray" devices. Full story  Full story
